In addition to being a general bilingual law practice, Michel Drapeau Law Office (MDLO)
provides legal advice focused on federal law with emphasis on Human Rights Law (including complaints of harassment and discrimination), Employment Law, Military Law (including grievances, as well as trials and appeals under the Code of Service Discipline), Veterans Law, Estates Law (including Wills and appointments as Power of Attorney), Freedom of Information (access) Law and Privacy Law. Our clientele is drawn principally from the Canadian military across Canada (Regular and Reserves including RMC cadets), veterans, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and federal public servants.
We are experienced in handling Application for Judicial Review before the Federal Court of Canada. Our principal can act as expert witness on military law in civil litigation cases.
We have a commitment to fairness, and we have established a reputation of protecting our clients’ interests forcefully and effectively, at a reasonable cost.
